Cloth Diaper Service is the most convinient way to Go Green and Healthy with your babies tushie. Deliveries come the same day every week and within about a 2 hour time frame. You may leave the diapers wherever you please (just let us know) and you can also provide us with a key to your home or apartment building. We are super flexible and will adjust to your specific needs. You receive 1 bag of fresh clean diapers the first week of service. Then the second week you receive a second set and we rotate these sets every week. Your baby's diapers are washed separately from other babies diapers (a unique feature of Queen Bee Diaper Service). Your bags are labeled and you will use only YOUR baby's diapers on your baby.
PRICE: $36 / week.
This includes ALL the diapers you will need to diaper your baby. We are unique from other diaper services because we never charge you if you need extra diapers or if you loose a few here and there. There is no complicated math.A pick-up and delivery every week. Personalized laundering process - no bulk washing with all the other babies soiled diapers. Never any harmful chemicals. Always ironed and folded neatly.
TWINS: $60/ week
PAYMENT :We charge every 4 weeks - directly to your credit card. Cash is accepted only if paid for future service. Checks are accepted only for established clients ( more than 2 months of service).
SERVICE HOLD: To place the service on hold for any reason we ask for a 2 week written notice (via email) You will not be charged for putting the service on hold or for the weeks your service is stopped. Service holds can be up to 4 weeks. For long term holds - all diapers are picked up and a $10 final pick-up fee is incurred.
CANCELLATION: You may cancel the service at the end of your 3 month rotational membership to avoid fee's. Your membership self renews every 3 months. If you before your membership expiration date - we ask that you give 2 weeks notice in written (email) form. The cancellation fee is $32 if you cancel before the expiration date. All clients incur a $10 final pick-up fee regardless of the type of cancellation you request.
GIFTS: All gifts that you receive will be used prior to your credit card being charged for service. Unless otherwise indicated via email - we will assume you are continuing service beyond the gifted service time and automatically charge your credit card. You must be registered with Queen Bee Diaper Service before any of your loved ones can buy you a gift. You are required to place a credit card on file when registering. You can give us special instructions as to how you would like to proceed with your gift registry. You can also request that we send Thank You notes on your behalf to your friends and family.
MISSED DELIVERS / REPEAT DELIVERS: For any missed deliveries do to the clients fault and in the case that they request the driver to come back for a repeat pick-up and/or delivery the client will incur a $10 fee.
