What is the difference between a Basic Starter Kit or a Deluxe Starter Kit?

Both kits have basically the same supplies:

  • Hamper with a lid and Deo-Disc slot
  • Unlimited Deo-Discs
  • 6 Diaper Covers (w/Velcro closures)
  • 1 Snappi fastener
  • 3 Water-proof bags to hold your clean and soiled diapers.
The only differance between the two kits is that:
  • Basic Kit = Poly-cotton (white) covers
  • Deluxe Kit = Organic cotton Velour (striped white/mocha) covers

 Do I have to be home for every delivery and pick-up?

Nope! You can leave the soiled diapers out on your delivery day in a place where the driver can have access to them - like a hallway or a foyer or a basement laundry room. Or you can give us the keys to your building / apartment / house and leave the diapers within your premises. Keep in mind we will customize each clients pick-up and delivery according to what is comfortable for that individual family. We have no set requirements - we will do as you ask. 

The delivery and pick-up is the same day and within a 2 hour time slot every week. 90% of our clients are not home for pick-up and deliveries.


  How often do the pick-up and deliveries occur?

The delivery and pick-up is the same day and within a 2 hour time slot every week.  You can also request a 1-hour head's up call from the driver. You will have the driver's direct contact information and will be able to communicate with him/her in regards to any special requests.

 What about when I go on vacation, can I put the service on hold?

Sure, you can put your service on hold for up to 4 weeks. You need to give 2 weeks notice via email ONLY. You will not be charged for weeks where you do not recieve any pick-up or deliveries. Remember the "week" begins with your pick-up/delivery date.
